The smallest action can have the most profound effect.
When
you take that action with present moment awareness and
specific intention, the effect is not just profound but
long lasting. It sets your life up so that, whatever you
endeavor in whichever area of your life, you will always
be starting from the best point for success. Your goals
will always out-rank your fears.
The value of Knowing where you are and where you want to
be.
At some
point we have all experienced the confusion of an
“ah-ha” moment followed by doubts they’ve ever occurred.
Or come to some profound realization about ourselves but
lost it a moment later because the boss yelled, or the
bell rang. The problem is how to fit it together with
day to day living. How do I manage all this change? How
do I schedule it in? How do I make it last in some
meaningful way?
The Mastering My Present Moment Project series of
repatternings brings your whole life into focus
so you
can manage the change. With this series you will create
your own present moment awareness map of every aspect of
your life through the
chakras.
For
example; you will see your issues as they relate to your
family, financial stability, energy level, creative self
expression, vision and more. While at the same time you
will be filling in your map using your intentions or
goals.
Action is the energy that creates change.
Using
your daily routines and intentions MMPM repatternings
target the invisible behavioral patterns holding you
back. Can’t save money? Submit your issue for
repatterning during the water chakra sessions focused on
money. Would you like to create a website? Submit your
intention for the earth chakra repatterning for
stability and structure.
For each session, Carolyn Winter collects all of the
issues and intentions anonymously submitted by the
participants. She then repatterns the group, clearing
non coherence and creating resonance with the goals and
intentions of the group.

In Lynne McTaggert’s ‘The Field’ she says “When
physicists use the term ‘phase’ they mean the point the
wave is at on its oscillating journey. Two waves are
said to be in phase when they are both, in effect,
peaking or rtoughing at the same time, even if they are
both, in effect, peaking or troughing at the same time,
even if they have different frequencies or amplitudes.
Getting “in phase” is getting in synch. When two waves
are in phase, and overlap each other, technically called
“interference”, the combined amplitude of the waves is
greater than each individual amplitude.”
